Hello people!
Please download the registration & health declaration forms and filled up the details. Please pass it to Stephanie once the class has resume, which is on 13th June(Monday)
The deadline for this is 17th June (Friday). All members who joined the club are required to fill up the form. A student is only considered an official member when the form is submitted. Please note that someone who is not a member of the club will NOT be enjoying the privileges of the membership (e.g. CCA points, use of equipment & facilites).
Similarly, if anyone decide to withdraw from the club, you will need to submit an Official Letter of Withdrawal to the club. So please submit BOTH the forms within the deadline given, late submission will not be entertained.
