Hello!
Just to refresh you guys a little!
This is the attendance percentage rule that everyone have to abide to.
YEAR 1
<50% - no promotion
<70% - no performances/competitions
YEAR 2
<40% - no promotion
<60% - no performances/competitions
Year 3
<35% - no performances/competitions
Across The Board (Yr 1 - 3)
<20% - out of the club
No promotion after 1 1/2 yrs = out of the club
There will be a review of attendance every 6 months.
Failure to submit results slips = out of the club
GPA below 2 or failure of any module(s) = suspension from classes/performances/competitions
Attendance is only excused if they have valid proof of internship, work, MC, etc…
If you are unable to make it for class, please inform Valerie (81886794) then email Huimin (huimin_luv@hotmail.com) the proof.
Failure to inform will be marked as absent for that class without reason and it will not be counted in your attendance percentage.
